摘  要:海上油田设施在石油开采、集输及油水处理过程中,由于产出物成分复杂含有各种腐蚀因子,且海上设施空间狭小,管线错综复杂、流速较高,势必加剧了腐蚀的发生。因此海上油田设施腐蚀控制更为重要。以月桂酸、二乙烯三胺为原料合成咪唑啉,用硫脲对其改性得到水溶性咪唑啉缓蚀剂。该缓蚀剂通过室内评价,在加注浓度为20 mg/L时,室内缓蚀率可达到90%以上,应用于南海东部海上油田设施,现场腐蚀速率可控制在0.076 mm/a以下,取得了不错的应用效果。Corrosion is inevitable in the offshore oilfields, which has been extensively inspected in the some apparatus of oil production, transportation and oil&water treatment.In addition,the harsh operation environments, including the produced fluids with corrosive components, intricate lines, high flow velocity, and limited treating space, can make corrosion more severe. It is thus essential to control corrosion of apparatus used in offshore oilfields. An aqueous imidazoline corrosion inhibitor based on lauric acid and diethylenetriamine, was modified with sulfourea. Tests showed that the inhibition rate of modified imidazoline was as high as 90 % at 20 mg/L.The corrosion inhibitor has been applied in east oilfield of South China Sea. The corrosion rate tested in field was less than 0.076 mm/a,with which its high performance was validated.
