摘　　要：智能制造是我国实现经济转型升级的主要路径之一,近年来,智能制造及技术在我国迅猛发展,但我国目前智能制造还存在制造企业智能化程度低、高档设备长期依赖国外、国际化品牌少等问题,归根结底,关键技术没有突破和相关技能人才的缺乏仍是制约我国智能制造业发展的主要因素,为此,根据智能制造的发展趋势,分析了我国智能制造各领域的技术需求和相关人才的需求。Develop intelligent manufacturing is one of the core paths to achieve economic transformation and upgrading in China. In recent years, intelligent manufacturing and technology have developed rapidly. However, the intelligent manufacturing in our country is still in the primary stage, and there are still some problems such as the low degree of intelligence of manufacturing enterprises, the long-term dependence of high-grade equipment on foreign countries, and the lack of international brands. It is pointed out that the breakthrough of key technologies and the cultivation of relevant talents are still the main factors restricting the development of China＇s intelligent manufacturing industry. Therefore, according to the development trend of intelligent manufacturing, the technology demand and the demand for relevant talents in various fields of intelligent manufacturing in China are analyzed.
