摘 要:以纳米石墨烯(Gr)与可完全生物降解的聚乳酸(PLA)为原料,通过熔融纺丝技术制备生物远红外纤维。将石墨烯质量分数控制在0.5%~2.0%,通过单因素实验及各种性能测试和表征得出结论:纳米石墨烯/PLA纤维具有远红外功能,与纯聚乳酸纤维的最高温差可达13℃,有良好的蓄热储能效果;加入石墨烯后PLA纤维的力学性能有所下降,但强度仍达到可纺要求;加入石墨烯使纤维初始分解温度由275℃左右升高至300℃左右,PLA纤维的热稳定性提高;综合考虑成本及纤维性能,石墨烯质量分数为1.5%时,纤维热学性能、红外辐射性能、力学性能均处于比较优良的状态。Bio-far infrared fibers were prepared by nano-graphene and fully biodegradable PLA through melt spinning method. The proportion of graphene was controlled between 0.5% and 2.0%. The following con- clusions were drawn from single factor experiments and performance test. The results showed that nano-gra-phene/PLA fiber had the function of far infrared, and the maximum temperature difference of pure polylactic acid fiber could reach 13℃, which could achieve good heat and energy storage effect. After adding graphene, the mechanical properties of PLA fiber decreased, but the strength still reached the spinning requirement. When graphene was added, the initial decomposition temperature of PLA fibers increased from 275 ℃ to 300 ℃, and the thermal stability of PLA fibers increased. Considering the cost and the performance requirements of the fiber, when the proportion of graphene was 1.5%, the mechanical properties, thermal properties, infrared radiation properties of the fiber were in a relatively good state.
