摘 要:采用K_2CO_3作为活化剂,通过化学活化和高温热解方法制备了芦苇秸杆活性炭。用芦苇秸杆活性炭对染色废水进行脱色处理,结果表明,影响脱色率的单因素有活化剂浓度、活性炭用量、吸附时间、pH。采用L_9(3~4)对这些因素进行正交实验,得出最佳工艺条件:活化剂浓度0.4 mol/L、活性炭用量0.65 g/L、吸附时间120 min、pH 8。在该工艺条件下,平均脱色率为93.19%。The phragmites australis stalks activated carbon was prepared by chemical activation and high temperature pyrolysis using K2CO3 as chemical activator. The decolorization of dyeing wastewater was performed with the phragmites australis stalks activated carbon. The results showed that the single factors affecting the decolorization ratio were concentration of activator, dosage of activated carbon, adsorption time as well as pH. The L9(34) orthogonal test was designed with these factors, and the optimal decolorization conditions were as follows: concentration of activator 0.4 mol/L, dosage of activated carbon 0.65 g/L, adsorption time 120 min and pH=8. In this case, the average decolorization ratio was 93.19%.
