摘 要:通过奥氏体化实验,对比分析了薄板坯连铸连轧工艺(FTSR)和常规中板坯连铸连轧工艺(CCDR)生产的同规格65Mn带钢在奥氏体化过程中晶粒长大行为。结果表明:相比较于FTSR工艺,CCDR工艺生产的带钢珠光体组织更细小、均匀,层片间距更小。在较低奥氏体化温度下,晶粒正常形核、长大,CCDR生产的带钢可以获得更加细小、均匀的晶粒。而在较高奥氏体温度下,晶粒有异常长大的趋势,两种工艺生产的带钢获得了相近尺寸的奥氏体晶粒。The grain growth behavior of 65Mn strip during austenitizing was compared and analyzed, which was produced by flexible thin slab rolling(FTSR) and conventional medium slab continuous casting and direct rolling (CCDR) process. The results show that compared with FTSR, the microstructure of pearlite produced by CCDR is finer and more uniform, and the spacing between layers is smaller; at lower austenitizing temperature, the grain nucleates and grows normally, and the strip produced by CCDR can obtain finer and more uniform grains; at higher austenitizing temperature, the grain grows abnormally, and the strip produced by the two processes obtained the austenite grain of similar size.
