摘 要:针对国内基于横向流动原理的烧结矿环形冷却机传热效率低、污染环境问题,普锐特冶金技术开发了一种新型烧结矿竖冷窑。竖冷窑的设计采用逆向流动原理,能够有效地利用高温烧结矿的全部显热,使热量传递给竖炉内逆向流经烧结料床的冷却空气。与传统的环形烧结矿冷却机相比,竖冷窑所需冷却空气少,灰尘排放少,热回收率提高70%。普锐特竖冷窑的一个独特优点是装料系统的设计能够保证烧结矿均匀分布,消除了偏析现象。特殊设计的出料系统能够有效地控制竖冷窑的冷却效果。普锐特冶金技术和鞍钢集团工程技术公司合作为鞍钢265 m2烧结机安装了首台竖冷窑。该项目回收的余热将被用来产生蒸汽,蒸汽通过汽轮机驱动系统带动烧结主抽风机,无需使用外部能源,大幅度降低运行成本。In view of low heat transfer efficiency and environmental pollution of circular sinter coolers, a new type of vertical sinter shaft cooler was developed by Priet metallurgical technology. It is a counter-flow process, which can effectively utilize all sensible heat of high temperature sinter and the heat is transferred to the cooling air that moves in counter-flow through the sinter bed inside the shaft. Compared with conventional sinter coolers, the sinter shaft cooler features lower specific cooling air demand, reduced dust emission and an overall increase in heat recovery rate by 70%. A special advantage of Primetal’s cooler is the design of the charging system ensuring uniform distribution of the sinter without segregation effects as well as a specially designed discharge system to control the cooler performance. Primetals Technologies and Ansteel Engineering Technology are currently implementing the first shaft cooler on a 265 m 2 sinter plant in Ansteel, The recovered waste heat will be used to generate steam and drive the sinter main ID-fan through a steam turbine drive system, consequently eliminating external power consumption and generating huge saving of operational costs.
