摘  要:在钢铁企业连续生产的过程中,钢包自开率直接影响生产的顺行。经分析后认为引流砂的质量、钢包水口的清理效果、钢包的烘烤温度、加引流砂的操作都会对钢包自动开浇产生影响。结合生产实际制定了改进措施,实施后钢包自动开浇率由2017年的98%提高到目前的99. 8%以上。In the continuous production of iron and steel enterprises, the self-opening rate of the ladle directly affects the forward flow of production. It is analyzed that the quality of the drainage sand, the cleaning of the ladle nozzle, the baking temperature of the ladle, and the operation of the drainage sand will affect the automatic pouring. Based on the actual production, the improvement measures were made. After the implementation , the automatic opening rate of ladle was increased from 98% in 2017 to 99.8% at present .
