摘　　要：介绍了邢钢炼钢厂1#、2#转炉二次除尘、2#LF精炼炉除尘变频改造中风机转速自动调节的PLC控制方案。通过将风机不同转速与不同炉况一一对应,同时采用S7单边编程方式,实现了除尘风机转速的自动调节,经实际检测,综合节电率可达30%以上。The PLC control scheme of fan speed automatic adjustment of secondary dedusting of 1# and 2# converter and 2# LF refining furnace. By matching different fan speed with different furnace conditions one by one, and adopting S7 single-side programming mode, the automatic regulation of rotational speed of dust removing fan is realized. The actual detection shows that the comprehensive power saving rate can reach more than 30%.
