线材生产线活套碳化钨辊轮应用实践

摘　　要：以唐山市德龙钢铁有限公司线材厂活套台中的活套辊轮寿命为例,分析了轧机间活套辊轮使用寿命低的原因。通过采用报废辊径辊环和报废游隙的辊箱轴承等措施,提高了活套辊的使用寿命,降低了生产成本、稳定了生产。同时,指出热轧与辊轮表面摩擦过程中,需要润滑及冷却的特点。为线材生产线活套辊轮提高使用寿命提供了可借鉴的经验。Taking the life of looper roller in the looping table of Delong wire rod mill as an example, the reasons for the low life of looper rollers between rolling mills are analyzed. The service life of looper roll is prolonged, the production cost is reduced and the production is stabilized by scrapping the diameter, roller ring and scrap roller box bearing of clearance. At the same time, the lubrication and cooling are needed during the surface friction of hot rolling and roller. It provides some useful experience for improving the service life of looper roller in wire rod production line.
