摘　　要：随着熟料产量远超最大设计值,NC32216篦冷机超负荷运行,冷却效果差。为此,针对NC32216篦冷机多年运行中的问题采取了5项优化改进措施,并在宜兴天山水泥有限责任公司的应用效果良好。With the yield of clinker far exceeding the maximum design value, the NC32216 grate cooler is overloaded and the cooling effect is poor. For this reason, five optimization measures are taken for the problems of NC32216 grate eooler for many years, and the ap- plieation effeet is good in Yixing Tianshan eement limited liability eompany.
