静脉输液治疗专科护理质量指标评价体系的构建

摘　　要：目的构建科学、系统、实用的静脉输液治疗专科护理质量指标体系。方法以三维质量结构管理模式为依据,通过逐条分析《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》中涉及的静脉输液条目,结合文献检索法、专家小组讨论法、德尔菲专家函询法、百分比权重法,确定静脉输液治疗护理质量指标体系及指标权重。结果 2轮专家函询中,专家积极系数分别为90.9%,100%,专家权威程度Cr值分别为0.864,0.940,总体协调系数W值分别为0.310,0.254,经卡方检验,均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。指标体系包括3项一级指标(要素质量、环节质量、终末质量),10项二级指标和48项三级指标。结论该指标体系设置合理,构建过程科学,具有较高的科学性和可靠性,能够为护理管理者进行静脉输液治疗护理质量评价提供客观、可量化的依据。Objective To construct a scientific, systematic and practical quality indicator evaluation system in specialist nursing of intravenous therapy. Methods Based on structure-process-outcome theory and detailed analysis of related item of intravenous therapy involved in Operation Specification for Nursing of Intravenous Therapy, the nursing quality indicator evaluation system was developed and indicators＇ weight value was determined with literature review, expert group discussion, Delphi method and percentage weighting method. Results In the two-round survey,the effective response rates were 90.9% and 100% respectively; Cr coefficients0.864 and 0.940 respectively and W coefficients 0.310 and 0.254 respectively（P0.01）. The system consisted of 3 first-level, 10 second-level, and 48 third-level indicators. Conclusion The reliability and authority of the indicator system are acceptable; it can be used to provide objective and quantitative reference for the evaluation of nursing quality of intravenous therapy.
