“一带一路”倡议下福建省产业结构调整路径研究

摘　　要："一带一路"倡议对福建省来讲,既是重大的发展机遇,也面临着巨大的挑战。福建省要充分利用"一带一路"倡议的机遇,进行产业结构调整和优化升级。福建省产业结构调整要面向"一带一路"沿线主流国际市场,以优势资源和优势产业为依托,兼顾发展战略性新兴产业,加强防止产能过剩,同时为产业结构调整提供配套服务。对此,福建省要重点发展海洋经济,发展海洋生物医药、海洋能源、海洋高端装备制造等战略性新兴产业;要加强闽文化研究,发展闽文化产业,开展对外交流,将闽文化作为"一带一路"倡议的重要名片;要发展生态产业,推动生态旅游;要通过自贸区等优惠政策发展跨境电商,促进产能出清和产业融合,实现经济结构的优化升级。The ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative is a major development opportunity and a huge challenge for Fujian Province. Fujian Province should make full use of this opportunity to adjust and optimize the industrial structure. The industrial structure adjustment in Fujian Province should face the mainstream international market along the ＂One Belt and One Road＂, relying on advantageous resources and advantageous industries, taking into account the development of strategic emerging industries, strengthening research and judgment to prevent overcapacity, and providing supporting services for industrial restructuring. In this regard, Fujian Province should focus on de- veloping the marine economy and strategic emerging industries such as marine biomedicine, marine energy, and marine high-end e- quipment manufacturing; strengthening and developing Min cultural studies and industries, conducting foreign exchanges, and using the Min culture as a represented name card of ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative. It is necessary to develop the ecological industry and promote eco-tourism and cross-border e-commerce through preferential policies such as the Free Trade Zone, to promote production capacity cleating and industrial integration, and to optimize and upgrade the economic structure.
