摘　　要：正规化、职业化、专业化是新时代下对基层司法干警的要求,基层司法行政队伍先天建设不足,且各地情况不一致,因此拟在实地调研的基础上,通过对某市的基层司法行政人员的基本情况、工作状况、职业培训状况、工作满意度这四个模块进行问卷调查,并进行系统实证分析,以期对基层司法行政队伍的建设路径提出有针对性的建议。Formalization, professionalism, and specialization are the requirements for the grassroots judicial administration team in the new era. Because of the innately under-constructed and inconsistent situation, it is proposed to investigate the profile, working condi- tions, vocational training, and job satisfaction of grassroots judicial administrative personnel of a certain city on the basis of field re- search. These four basic modules are investigated by questionnaires and systematically empirically analyzed, with a view to providing targeted reeommendations for the construction of grassroots judicial administrative teams.
