国际化教育环境下大学生中西文化冲突的实证研究

摘　　要：从跨文化交际的视角,通过比较分析在国际化教育环境下与非国际化教育环境下大学生所遇到的中西文化冲突的认识和处理方式等的差异,认识到西方文化以及中西文化冲突对大学生的负面影响,指出高校应重视国际教育环境下的大学生文化适应障碍和中西文化冲突问题,并强调提高双方对异域文化包容性和文化适应能力,来促进大学生相互学习、拓宽情感沟通交流途径、缓解文化冲突,进而提升国际化环境下的大学生思想政治教育的管理水平。From the perspective of inter-cultttral communication, through comparative analysis of the differences in interpretation and treatment of the Chinese and Western culture conflicts encountered by college students in the context of international education and non -international education, and by understanding negative impacts the Western culture and the Chinese and Western culture conflicts have made, we draw the conclusion that more attention should be paid on college students＇ cultural adjustment obstacles under the in- ternational education environment. This paper suggests that conflicts can be eased and adaptation obstacles can be reduced by improving the inclusiveness and cultural adaptability of foreign cultures through ways of mutual learning and emotional communication, which fur- ther provide a decision-making basis of improving the management of college students＇ ideological and political education under an in- ternational environment.
