复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非对中老年男性继发性ED的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非对中老年男性继发性勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)的疗效。方法:选取衡水市哈励逊国际和平医院老年病科和男科门诊55岁以上男性,确诊为继发性ED,排除严重心血管疾病病史,且坚持相应治疗半年的72例患者为研究对象,将其分为A、B、C组。A组:28例患者,给予复方玄驹胶囊(口服,3粒/次,tid,24d一个疗程)+他达拉非(性交前1～2h,10mg～20mg/次); B组,20例患者,单纯给予复方玄驹胶囊(口服,3粒/次,tid,24d一个疗程); C组,24例患者,单纯给予希爱力(他达拉非)(性交前1～2h,10mg～20mg/次)。要求三组患者每7～11d进行一次性生活,治疗时间6个月,此间与治疗血脂、血糖的药物至少隔开1h服用,对治疗前后患者的勃起功能采用国际勃起功能指数问卷-5(International Index of Erectile Function-5,IIEF-5)问卷评分进行对比分析,并比较各组患者治疗后平均分和治疗有效率。所有患者对本研究充分知情同意,为其做好隐私保护。结果:治疗半年后,A组患者的治愈率为85. 7%,治疗后IIEF-5平均分显著高于B组和C组; B组患者治愈率为65. 0%; C组患者治愈率70. 8%。IIEF-5平均评分:B组<C组<A组。结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非对中老年男性继发性ED的疗效显著好于单纯使用1种药物单用,单用1种药物治疗效果的差异无统计学意义。Objective：To explore the curative effect of combination therapy with Xuanju capsule and tadalafil on secondary ED（ Erectile dysfunction） of middle-aged and elderly males. Methods： Geriatrics and andrology clinic of our hospital, aged above 55 years old, male patients diagnosed with secondary ED, excluding serious cardiovascular diseases, 72 patients who accepted the treatment half a year were selected and divided into A, B, C group： A group： given FuFangxuanju capsule （oral, 3 tablets once, Tid, 24 days a course ＋ tadalafil 10mg-20mg ,oral, 1-2 hours before sex） , 28 people; group B, treated with FuFangxuanju capsule （oral, 3 tablets once, Tid, 24 day-s a course）, 20 people; group C, treated with cialis （tadalafil） （1-2 hours before sex, 10mg-20mg,oral）, 24 people. Three groups of patients were asked to arrange sex life every- 7-11 days, 6 months of treatment, and at least 1 hours interval to take the other drugs . ED patients before and after treatment ,assessed with IIEF-5 （ International Index of Erectile Function-5 ）. Average scores and efficiency were analyzed and compared with each group after treatment, fully informed consent well, a tight privacy protection. Results： Half a year later, the cure rate of group A was 85.7%. The average score of IIEF-5 was significantly higher than that of group B and C ; the cure rate in B group was 65.0% , and the cure rate of group C was 70.8%. IIEF-5 average score： group B 〈 group C 〈 group A. Conclusions ： FuFangxuanju capsule combined with tadalafil in middle-aged and elderly men with secondary ED , curative effect was significantly better than the one drug used alone, the curative effect of one kinds of drug used alone treatment had no significant difference.
