摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性前列腺炎患者实施水蛭蜈蚣栓加入微波治疗的效果。方法:对泸州市中医医院2015年4月至2017年4月收治的80例慢性前列腺炎患者的临床资料进行统计分析,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为水蛭蜈蚣栓加入微波治疗组(联合治疗组,n=40)和单独微波治疗组(单独治疗组,n=40)两组,对两组患者的临床症状、临床疗效、性生活质量进行统计分析。结果:联合治疗组患者的疼痛或不适、排尿异常、生活质量评分及NIH-CPSI总分均显著低于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),治疗的总有效率90. 0%(36/40)显著高于单独治疗组72. 5%(29/40),差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),性欲、性唤起、性高潮、性生活频率、性生活接受度、性关系满意度评分均显著高于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05),性行为症状发生比例评分显著低于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:慢性前列腺炎患者实施水蛭蜈蚣栓加入微波治疗的效果较单独微波治疗好。Objective：To investigate the effect of nficrowave treatment with leech and centipede suppository of patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods ： The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed, these patients were divided into treatment group microwave treatment with leech and centipede suppository treatment group （combined treatment group, n = 40） and separate microwave therapy group （single treatment group, n =40） two groups according to the treatment methods, the clinical symptoms ,clinical efficacy, quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results： The pain or discomfort, abnormal urination, quality of life scores and NIH-CPSI score of the confined treatment group were significantly lower （P 〈 0.05 ）, the total treatment efficiency 90.0% （36/40） was significantly higher than the single treatment group 72.5% （29/40） （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the sexuality and sexual arouse, orgasm, sexual life frequency life, acceptance, relationship satisfaction scores were significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the sex proportion of symptoms score was significantly lower than the single treatment group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ： The effect of microwave treatment with leech and centipede suppository is better than separate microwave therapy of patients with chronic prostatitis.
