T淋巴细胞亚群在梅毒血清固定患者外周血表达及对患者发病机制影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨功能不同的T淋巴细胞亚群在梅毒血清固定患者外周血中表达情况以及自然杀伤细胞与梅毒血清固定发病机制的相关性分析。方法:选取2013年12月至2016年12月在青岛市市立医院、青岛市胶州中心医院和山东大学齐鲁医院接受治疗的103例梅毒血清固定患者作为试验组,103例身体健康的人群作为对照组。使用流式细胞仪检测Ts、Tc、CD～Th1、Th2、CD3、CD4～+、CD8～+淋巴细胞亚群在外周血中表达情况与自然杀伤细胞的水平,使用两样本的检验方法 t检验判断试验组与对照组的表达水平是否有差异。结果:健康对照组与试验组中的梅毒血清固定患者外周血CD8～+、CCD3相比,两者的差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);相比于健康对照组,自然杀伤细胞、Tc、Th1与CD4～+的表达水平在试验组中的梅毒血清固定患者较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),Ts、Th2的表达水平在试验组中的梅毒血清固定患者较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:梅毒血清固定患者和健康者的CD～+T淋巴细胞与总T淋巴细胞在梅毒血清固定患者外周血中表达情况比较没有差异;梅毒血清固定患者细胞的Tc细胞、自然杀伤细胞的数量下降,导致其杀害清除病原体的功能下降。Objective： To investigate the expression of different T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with syphilis sero-fixation and its correlation with natural killer cells and the pathogenesis of syphilis.Methods： A total of 103 patients with syphilis sero-fixation were enrolled in Qingdao Municipal Hospital,Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao and Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from December 2013 to December 2016 as the experimental group,and 103 healthy subjects were selected as control group. The expression levels of Ts,Tc,CD～ Th1,Th2,CD3,CD4 ～ ＋ and CD8 ～ ＋ lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and the level of natural killer cells were determined by flow cytometry. Difference in the expression level between the experimental group and the control group was detected by using t test for the two samples. Results： There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in CD8 ～ ＋ and CCD3 levels in peripheral blood（ P 〉0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the natural killer cells and the expression level of Tc,Th1 and CD4 ～ ＋ in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the expression level of Ts and Th2 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,all with statistically significant differences（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions： There is no significant difference in the expression of CD ～ ＋ T lymphocytes and total T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of patients with syphilis sero-fixation and healthy people. The decrease in the number of natural killer cells and Tc cells leads to the decline of its function to remove and eliminate pathogens.
