摘 要:为了提高工作效率、降低工作强度、节约成本,结合大同煤矿集团四台矿在综采工作面搬家时的实际需求,设计了装卸液压支架平台,装卸液压支架。装架时,用回柱车拖运液压支架从地面通过装架平台直接上平车;卸架时,通过回柱车托运液压支架从平车到卸架平台再到地面。装卸液压支架平台的使用,免除了先打硐室再吊装的不便,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,使装卸液压支架更加安全、可靠。In order to improve the working efficiency, reduce the working intensity and save the cost, combined with the actual demand of the move of the fully mechanized coal face in SiTai mines, Datong Coal Mine Group, the platform for hydraulic support loading and unloading was designed. For loading process, the hydraulic support goes this way as: ground-platform-flat car, and for unloading process, the opposite way of flat car-platform-ground. The use of loading and unloading hydraulic support platform overcome the inconvenience of chamber building and hoisting, improves working efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and makes loading and unloading hydraulic support safer and more reliable.
