西地那非联合曲唑酮治疗早泄并发勃起障碍的疗效观察及可靠性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究西地那非联合曲唑酮治疗早泄并发勃起障碍的疗效及治疗安全可靠性。方法:选取涿州市医院2015年1月至2016年6月收治的82例早泄并发勃起障碍患者纳入本次研究,将全部患者随机均分对照组与观察组,对照组给予曲唑酮进行治疗,观察组给予西地那非联合曲唑酮进行治疗,治疗一疗程后评估两组患者的临床疗效;分别于治疗前、后以国际勃起功能评分表(IIEF-5)评估患者勃起功能状况,以阴道内射精潜伏时间(IELT)评估两组患者早泄状态,以焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者治疗前后的心理状态;评估治疗期间两组患者的用药可靠性;治疗后评估两组患者的性生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率为92. 68%,对照组总有效率为78. 05%,观察组整体临床疗效较对照组理想,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前两组IELT、IIEF-5、SAS、SDS无差异无统计学意义,组间对比P> 0. 05;治疗后两组均较治疗前好转,组内对比P <0. 05;治疗后观察组较对照组良好,组内对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组治疗后性生活总满意率为92. 68%,对照组治疗后性生活总满意率为78. 05%,观察组整体性生活质量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组血压、血肌酐、血环孢素A及不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:西地那非联合曲唑酮治疗早泄并发勃起障碍疗效理想,能够有效改善患者的勃起功能延长IELT,从而起到改善性生活质量及心理状态的作用,且用药安全可靠。Objective： To study the efficacy and safety of sildenafil combined with trazodone in the treatment of premature ejaculation complicated with erectile dysfunction. Methods： in our hospital from January 2015 to June2016 treated 82 cases of patients with premature ejaculation complicated with erectile dysfunction were included in the study,all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given trazodone treatment,observation group were given sildenafil combined with trazodone treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups to evaluate treatment after treatment; respectively before and after treatment,the international index of erectile function table（ IIEF-5） evaluation of patients with erectile function,the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time（ IELT） were evaluated in two groups of premature ejaculation,with self rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） and self rating Depression Scale（ SDS） before and after treatment in patients with psychological assessment the state of the two groups of patients with medication; reliability evaluation during treatment; assessment of quality of life of the two groups of patients after treatment. Results： the total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 68%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78. 05%,and the overall clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P〈0. 05. The two groups before treatment,IELT,IIEF-5,SAS and SDS was no significant difference in P〈0. 05 between the groups; the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,group comparison P〈0. 05; after treatment of the observation group was better than the control group,group comparison P〈0. 05.
