毫针刺法对Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察毫针刺法对Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍患者的临床疗效,评估Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍患者的精神心理状况。方法:选择94名Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍患者为研究对象,将其随机分为针刺治疗组、药物对照组、针药联合组,在治疗前、治疗6周后、治疗12周后对三组患者进行NIH-CPSI评分、IIEF-5评分、SAS评分、SDS评分,并记录其不良反应情况。结果:三组患者治疗12周后NIH-CPSI评分分别为(9. 98±7. 34)分、(9. 27±5. 63)分、(7. 21±5. 26)分,IIEF-5评分分别为(21. 92±3. 79)分、(22. 10±5. 04)分、(26. 83±3. 35)分,均比治疗前明显改善(均P <0. 05);针药联合组患者治疗12周后NIH-CPSI评分、IIEF-5评分比其他两组改善更为显著均(P <0. 05)。三组患者治疗后SAS、SDS评分均比治疗前明显改善(均P <0. 05)。结论:毫针刺法联合药物治疗能够显著改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍患者的临床症状和精神心理状态。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of filiform needle puncture on Ⅲ chronic prostatitis combined erectile dysfunction. Methods： 94 patients with Ⅲ chronic prostatitis combined erectile dysfunction were randomly assigned to 3 groups,acupuncture group,drug control group and acupuncture combined drug group. All the patients in the three groups were treated for 12 weeks. The efficacy of three kinds of therapy were analyzed by NIH-CPSI,IIEF-5,SAS and SDS. Results： The NIH-CPSI scores of group A,group B and group C at 12 weeks after treatment were（ 9. 98 ± 7. 34）,（ 9. 27 ± 5. 63） and（ 7. 21 ± 5. 26）,and the IIEF-5 scores of group A,group Band group C at 12 weeks after treatment were（ 21. 92 ± 3. 79）,（ 22. 10 ± 5. 04） and（ 26. 83 ± 3. 35） respectively.They all showed significant improvement comparing with these before treatment（ all P〈0. 05）,while the improvement in NIH-CPSI and IIEF-5 scores of group C was higher than these of other 2 groups（ all P〈0. 05）. The SAS and SDS scores of the 3 groups showed significant improvement comparing with theses before treatment（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Filiform needle puncture combined drug therapy is effective in the treatment of erectile dysfunction combined with Ⅲ chronic prostatitis,which can not only improve patients＇ erectile function and NIH-CPSI score,but also improve their mental status.
