摘　　要：目的:探讨人冻融胚胎透明带厚度与妊娠结局的相关性。方法:以275例冻融胚胎为研究对象,分析其透明带厚度与妊娠结局间的关系。结果:将患者按照<30岁、30岁~35岁、35岁~40岁、<40岁4个群体,她们胚胎透明带厚度与妊娠结局间的P值均大于0. 05,差异无统计学意义。结论:人胚胎透明带厚度与妊娠结局无直接相关性。Objective： To study the correlation between the thickness of the embryonic nona pellucida before implantation and the pregnancy outcome in a random population. Methods： They were analyzed in 275 embryonic stem cell transplantation recipients that the relationship between the thickness of their zona pellucida and the pregnancy outcome. Results： The patients were divided into four groups： 30 years of age,30-35 years old,35-40 years old and over 40 years old,the P value between the thickness of the embryo zona pellucida and pregnancy outcome was greater than 0. 05,there was no correlation. Conclusions： There was no direct correlation between zona thickness and pregnancy outcome in a random.
