全身麻醉剖宫产瑞芬太尼对产妇和新生儿安全性分析及对产妇预后性功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨全身麻醉剖宫产瑞芬太尼对产妇和新生儿安全性分析及对产妇预后性功能的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2016年12月眉山市人民医院收治的80例产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例产妇。研究组产妇应用瑞芬太尼全身麻醉,对照组产妇应用普通全麻。结果:研究组产妇在插管前、切皮时的心率、平均动脉压与对照组产妇比较,其差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),而研究组产妇在插管时、拔管时的心率、平均动脉压明显优于对照组产妇(P <0. 05);比较两组新生儿在1min、5min、10min时的Apgar评分发现,研究组新生儿的Apgar评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),随着时间的推进,两组新生儿Apgar评分差异仍无统计学意义;比较两组产妇在性欲、性唤起、性满意度等方面的情况发现,研究组产妇预后性功能与对照组产妇相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),其性功能无明显变化,瑞芬太尼未对产妇性功能产生不良影响。结论:产妇生产过程中,全身麻醉剖宫产瑞芬太尼的效果理想,瑞芬太尼未对产妇和新生儿的安全及预后性功能产生不良影响,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective： To investigate the safety of remifentanil general anesthesia cesarean section for parturients and newborns and its influence on the prognostic sexual function. Methods： 80 parturients in Meishan People＇s Hospital from May 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used general anesthesia,and the study group used remifentanil general anesthesia. Results： Differences in the heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups before intubation and skin incision were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）,while the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the study group at the time of intubation and extubation was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Difference in the Apgar of newborns at1 min,5 min and 10 min between the two groups was not significant（ P〉0. 05）. With the advance of time,there was still no significant differences between the two groups in neonatal Apgar score. There were no statistically significant differences in the prognostic sexual function between the two groups in terms of sexual arousal and sexual satisfaction and etc（ P〉0. 05）. No obvious change in sexual function was observed in the study group,so remifentanil did not exert adverse effects on the sexual function of parturients. Conclusions： The effect of remifentanil general anesthesia cesarean section is ideal,without adverse effect on the safety of parturients and newborns and prognostic function,which should be further popularized in clinical practice.
