康妇炎胶囊联合阿奇霉素对中老年盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究康妇炎胶囊与阿奇霉素片联合用于治疗中老年盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效。方法:选择铜川市耀州区人民医院妇产科2015年1月至2017年1月收治的45岁~70岁盆腔炎性疾病患者134例,编号后用电脑抽签随机分为观察组和对照组,各67例。对照组患者给予阿奇霉素胶囊治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上加服康妇炎胶囊。观察两组临床疗效及C反应蛋白(CRP),白细胞介素(IL) 2水平及生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率为91. 04%,显著高于对照组的79. 10%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后,两组患者CRP,IL-2水平和生活质量评分均有明显改善,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组均未发生明显的不良反应。结论:康妇炎胶囊联同阿奇霉素治疗中老年妇科盆腔炎性疾病的疗效明显,可有效缓解患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量,降低炎症反应,应当在临床应用中得到推广。Objective： To study clinical curative effect of Kangfuyan Capsule combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Middle-aged Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases. Methods： 134 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were collected from 45 to 70 years old. The number was randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Azithromycin capsules. The patients in the observation group were treated with additional Kangfuyan capsule than the control group. The levels of clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein（ CRP）,interleukin（ IL） 2 and quality of life were observed. Results： In the observation group the Total Efficacy was 91. 04%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 79. 10%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,CRP,IL-2 levels and quality of life scores were significantly improved in the two groups,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant adverse events in both groups. Conclusions： Kangfuyan capsule combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of middle-aged pelvic inflammatory disease effect is obvious,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction,should be popularized in clinical applications.
