变焦相机穿心方法研究及精度误差分析

摘  要:本文研究了变焦相机长短焦穿心方法及精度误差分析。采用基于平行光管与分划板十字丝,通过CCD图像传感器,将分划板十字丝与电十字丝调整至重合完成变焦相机长短焦的穿心。为了能更好地验证该方法的光轴偏移精确,首先对变焦过程中的光心位移进行估计,并通过最小二乘法求出其偏移量;其次,根据实际的测量结果,对其误差的置信区间进行分析判断;最后,对变焦相机长短焦变化的光轴偏移进行分析。实验结果表明,该穿心方法及误差精度满足要求,说明该方法适应于变焦相机穿心。In this paper, the method and precision error analysis of focal length of zoom camera are studied. Through CCD image sensor, the cross wires of the dividing board and the electric cross wires are adjusted to the center of the focal length of the zoom camera. In order to better verify the accuracy of the optical axis deviation of this method, the optical center displacement in the zoom process is estimated, and its offset is calculated by least square method. Then, according to the actual measurement results, the confidence interval of the error is analyzed and judged. Finally, the optical axis migration of the zoom camera is analyzed. The experimental results show that this method can adapt to the heart of the zoom camera, which indicates that the method and error accuracy of the method can meet the requirements.
