摘  要:太阳能是取之不尽、用之不竭的清洁能源。太阳能的应用越来越广泛,太阳能电池可以把光能转化为电能被人们利用。近年来人们不断地研究太阳能电池的开发与应用,致力于太阳能利用效率的提高。本文简要介绍了太阳能电池的工作原理、分类方法,详实介绍了两种太阳能电池转换效率提升的进程。总结了太阳能电池的应用范围,市场形式,分析了各国相关政策,展望了太阳能电池的发展前景。Solar energy is a clean energy source that is inexhaustible. The application of solar energy is becoming more and more widespread. Solar cells can convert light energy into electricity for use by people. In recent years, people have been studying the development and application of solar cells, and devote themselves to improving the efficiency of solar energy utilization. In this paper, the working principle of solar cells and classification method are briefly introduced, and the process of the solar cells conversion efficiency is detailed introduced, and the application range and market form of solar cells are summarized, the relevant policies of various countries are analyzed, and the development prospect of solar cells is prospected.
