摘　　要：本文着重介绍了德国DIN5480渐开线花键跨齿数(跨齿槽数)、公法线长度理论值及上下偏差的计算方法,分别讨论了内花键和外花键的奇数齿和偶数齿的棒间距、跨棒距、偏差系数、偏差的计算方法,为花键的检测和装配提供理论依据。Focus on how to apply the formulas to acquire measured number of teeth or spaces, the base tangent length over teeth or spaces and its tolerance of DIN 5480 involute splines; master the method to calculate test dimension between pins for internal spline , test dimension over pins for external spline, deviation factor and tolerance under the condition of odd or even spline teeth number ;provide theoretical basis for spline measurement and assembly.
