集束化护理对有多次流产史先兆流产患者焦虑状态的影响观察

摘　　要：目的针对存在多次流产历史先兆流产的患者行以集束化护理干预措施对其心理状态产生的影响予以分析。方法选取2017年1月～12月我院接诊的多次流产历史先兆流产患者80例作为研究对象,将其依照抽签的方式分成研究组和观察组,观察组行常规性护理措施,研究组行集束化护理措施。观察两组患者的焦虑状态和抑郁状态,并做以讨论。结果经过不同的护理干预措施,研究组患者的焦虑评分以及抑郁评分均显著好于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中,针对多次流产历史先兆流产患者行以有效的集束化护理干预,对其焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪均有显著的改善效果,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the psychological status of patients with history threatened abortion.Methods Randomly in January 2017 to the same year December,during the period of 80 patients with the history of miscarriage in our hospital,choose was divided into the study Group and the observation group according to the lottery,and the observation group was treated with routine nursing measure, and the group nursing measures were performed on the research team.The anxiety State and depressive state of the two groups were observed and discussed.Results After different nursing interventions,the anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the observation group.Conclusion In clinical practice,cluster nursing intervention is effective for patients with multiple abortion history threatened abortion,which can improve their anxiety and depression significantly and is worth popularizing.
