摘　　要：利用Android平台,采用PHP语言开发天津流动测震台网综合管理系统,实现对流动设备、人员、台站、库存信息的管理,通过手持终端程序完成流动台架设所需的台站定位、方位确定、台站信息上传等工作。利用该系统解决了流动观测设备管理不规范、流动台站信息传输不及时等问题,切实提高了流动测震台网的工作效率,有效解决了地震观测中实际发生的问题。The Tianjin mobile seismic management system based on Android by PHP language realized the management function of mobile equipment, personnel, station and inventory information. The artisans utilize the handheld terminal to fnish the working that location, orientation and station information uploading. The system solves the problem of the non-standardized management and the untimely information transmission. The system increases the work efficiency of the mobile seismic management system, and solves the practical considerations of seismic observation.
