中心频率和3dB带宽可重构的SIW滤波器设计

摘　　要：采用基片集成波导设计了一种中心频率和3dB带宽可重构的带通滤波器。通过加载不同长度的微带线改变中心频率。在耦合窗口中加入4对金属柱来调整耦合窗口的有效大小,从而改变磁耦合大小以及3dB带宽。为了匹配变化的外部品质因素,在馈线处引入变容二极管来调节实际外部品质因素的大小。在调谐范围1.61~1.96GHz之间选择4个频点,测试结果表明,在1.61GHz处的带宽调谐范围为56~77MHz,1.72GHz处为67~107MHz,1.86GHz处为82~159 MHz,1.96GHz处为90~223MHz;带内插损的范围为1.98~6.50dB。A substrate-integrated-waveguide（SIW）filter with tunable center frequency and tunable3 dB bandwidth（BW）is designed.By loading the microstrip line with different lengths to the center metal post,the center frequency can be changed.Four pairs of the via posts are placed at the iris opening to change the effective size of the window,so magnetic coupling and 3 dB BW are changed.In order to adjust the changeable external coupling,varactors are introduced into the feed line.The proposed filter provides four states ranging from 1.61 GHz to 1.96 GHz,as well as demonstrates a3 dB BW tunable range of 56~77 MHz at 1.61 GHz,67~107 MHz at 1.72 GHz,82~159 MHz at1.86 GHz and 90~223 MHz at 1.96 GHz.Insertion loss ranging from 1.98 dB to 6.50 dB has been obtained.
