摘 要:针对电力铁塔的动态高精度姿态监测需求,研究了GPS测姿技术,开发了GPS测姿系统。为了得到合理的测姿系统预警阈值,分析了电力铁塔不同倾斜风险情况下的角度变化特点,根据电力铁塔的有限元受力分析结果、GPS测姿系统的输出方差以及铁塔安全规范,建立了铁塔安全状态与测姿系统输出角度之间的对应关系,并开发了上位机软件。将GPS测姿系统安置在铁塔上进行实测,结果表明:GPS测姿系统的稳定性较好,能够动态有效地监测外部环境导致铁塔发生的倾斜,角度变化分辨率优于0.01°,可替代人工巡检方式对铁塔进行动态监测。Aiming at the requirement of monitoring the power tower with real-time and high-precision attitude,we study on the GPS attitude determination technique,and design a kind of GPS attitude determination system.In order to get a reasonable warning threshold measurement of attitude system,we analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the power tower under different risk-tilt angles,according to the finite element results,the power tower by GPS attitude determination system output variance and tower safety analysis,then established the corresponding relationship between the tower safety status and attitude measurement system of output angle,and finally developed its software.We measured this GPS attitude determination system for the power tower and got the results,which showed that the stability of GPS attitude determination system is good.This system can effectively monitor the real-time tilt caused by external environment,and its angle resolution is better than 0.01 degree,so it can replace the manual inspection method for real-time monitoring of the tower.
