摘 要:中药注射剂的安全性、有效性和质量可控性的再评价,不仅是国家政策的需要,也是中药注射剂本身发展的需要。中药注射剂作用机制的研究是中药注射剂有效性再评价的主要内容,目前大多数中药注射剂的作用机制研究比较少,多停留在药效学评价阶段。为此,本文针对中药注射剂作用机制研究中存在的问题,结合中药注射剂的特点,提出了以网络药理学、系统生物学为核心的中药注射剂作用机制研究思路与方法,以期为中药注射剂的再评价与发展提供参考。The re-evaluation of the safety, effectiveness and controllability of traditional Chinese medicine injection (TCMI) is not only the need of national policy, but also the need of the development of TCMI itself. The reevaluation of the mechanism of TCMI is the main content of the reevaluation of the effectiveness of TCMI, at present, most of the mechanism of TCMI is less studied, mostly staying in the pharmacodynanfic evaluation stage. Therefore, in view of the existing problems in the study of the mechanism and the characteristics of TCMI, the idea and method of studying the mechanism of TCMI based on network pharmacology and system biology will be proposed in this paper, and provides references for the re-evaluation and de- velopment of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
