栀子药材道地性系统评价与分析

摘　　要：目的:从史学文献的角度推断药材栀子的道地产区,总结栀子药材现代科研成果、提炼文献中相关数据并对数据进行系统化梳理与分析。方法:考证不同时代的本草著作,对栀子药材历代道地产区进行归纳研究,结合古籍原文推断栀子道地产区;针对不同产地栀子药材,从性状、化学两方面分别制定专业检索策略,在CNKI数据库检索相关文献,提炼归纳不同产地栀子药材性状及化学成分相关数据,采用单因素方差分析、主成分分析和聚类分析法对栀子化学成分含量数据进行多指标综合评价。结果与结论:本草考证相关古籍10本、近代典籍1本,提炼古代产区14个,对应现代地名(省) 7个,结合频次统计结果与文献相关描述推断河南南阳、江西樟树、湖北江陵、福建建瓯为栀子药材的道地产区;检索到性状文献106篇,化学1461篇。根据性状数据总结道地产区栀子药材性状特征;化学数据多指标两两比较结果显示江西省、河南、四川省样品质量差异较大,其他产区差异相对较小。主成分分析法提取出4个主成分,累积贡献率为64. 181%,得到可反映栀子各产地质量的综合评价函数:F=(22. 63×F1+15. 383×F2+14. 735×F3+11. 433×F4)/64. 181。聚类分析将10个产地来源的栀子药材划分为3大类。综合单因素方差分析、主成分分析和聚类分析得出结论:江西为栀子最优产区,河南、湖北、福建、四川次之,其余产区栀子质量不佳。该结果与本草考证所得栀子道地产区颇为一致,为栀子药材道地性评价提供有利支撑。Objective： Geo-authentic habitats of Gardenia Fructus can be deduced from antiquity- herbal literature＇ s point of view. To provide basis for quality- evaluation of Gardenia Fructus, this article summarized modern achievements in sci- entific research. Methods ： To conclude genuine habitats of Gardenia Fructus, the related description of Geo-authentic habitats in ancient materia were reviewed and tested. Professional search strategy- on traits and chemical characteristics of Gardenia Fructus were made to retrieve relevant literature in the CNKI database, and then the date on pharmacognostic characteristics and chemical component of crude drug from different origins were refined, and at last the date were comprehensively evaluated by Analysis of Variance, principal component and cluster analysis. Ruslts and Conclusion： Ten ancient books and one book of recent time were looked up on Herbalogical study. On this basis, fourteen ancient origins were refined. Seven corresponding modern origins were finded through locating the place these medicines of dynasties in modern map. Combined with Frequency statistical results of modern origins and the related description of Geo-authentic habitats in ancient materia, genuine habitats of Gardenia Fructus were concluded. They are Nanyang City-, Henan; Zhangshu City-, Jiangxi; Jiangling County-, Hubei; Jianou City-, Fujian. 106 literatures on traits and 1461 literatures on chenfical characteristics of Gardenia Fructus were retrieved . 86 literatures on traits and 101 literatures on chenfical characteristics were Screened out separately. The pharmacognostic char- acteristics of Gardenia Fructus were sumerized according to the traits＇ date. The results of ANOVA indicate that there exists sig- nificant difference in the quality- of the samples in Jiangxi, Henan and Sichuan provinces among 10 different origins of Gardenia Fructus.
