摘　　要：麦冬是我国传统的药食两用植物,《神农本草经》将麦冬列为养阴润肺的上品,言其"久服轻身,不老不饥",自古以来在临床上被广泛应用。2015版《中华人民共和国药典》收载的麦冬为来源于百合科沿阶草属植物麦冬Ophiopogon japonicus(L. f) Ker-GawL的干燥块根。麦冬具有养阴生津、润肺清心的功能。现代研究表明,麦冬中含有皂苷、高异黄酮、多糖等活性成分,对心血管具有保护作用,同时具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂等作用。本文对麦冬传统应用、现代应用及主要化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行综述,将为麦冬的综合应用开发提供参考。Ophiopogon japonicus, which belongs to one of the medicinal and edible plants, was classified as the top grade of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Shennong＇ s Herbal Classic of Materia Medica . It was described as to make the body comfortable, delay senescence and not easily hungry-. Ophiopogon japonicushas been widely used in clinical for a long his tory in Asia. Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition includes O.japonicus which is derived from the plant O.japonicus of the fami- ly Liliaceae. Ophiopogonis Radix nourishes the yin, promotes body fluid production, moistens the lung, eases the mind and clears away- heart fire. The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of O. japonicus have been widely investiga- ted. The main chemical constituents of O. japonicus include steroidal saponins, homoisoflavonoids and polysaccharides. Modern pharmacological researches indicated that it is effective in cardiovascular diseases, anticancer, anti-oxidation, immnomodu- lation, anti-diabetes and other disorders. This review summarizes the traditional and modern uses, the main chemical compo- nents and pharmacological activities of O. japonicus to provides a reference for further research.
