摘　　要：大数据的快速发展推动着全球IT业迅猛前进,同时IT业界看到了大数据潜在的商业价值并展开了一系列的产品研发和服务推广。图书馆在大数据时代需要拥有大数据思维,改变图书馆传统建设模式,利用大数据的特点,在图书馆信息资源建设、技术应用、个性化服务以及馆员队伍建设等方面做出相应的变化,特别是新建本科院校的图书馆。The rapid development of big data drives the rapid progress of the global IT industry. At the same time,the IT industry has seen the potential commercial value of big data and launched a series of product developmentand ser vice promotion. In the big-data era, libraries need to have big data thinking and change the traditionalconstr uction model. Using the character istics of big data, make corresponding changes in librar y informationresources construction, technology application, personalized service, and librarian team construction. Especially thelibraries of newly built undergraduate colleges.
