摘  要:极寒地区大型空冷机组防寒防冻非常重要,同时也是冷端优化的一种形式。本文介绍一种直接空冷机组挡风装置及其实际安装步骤。在冬季运行时,既能降低背压节能,又能保证空冷岛冬季安全稳定运行。通过增加挡风装置,降低厂用电率,又可以消除空冷蝶阀不严带来的隐患,是极寒地区的大型空冷机组冷端优化的一种可选策略。这在我国运行着大量空冷机组的北方寒冷地域具有极大的推广意义。It is very important to prevent cold and anti-freeze of air cooling unit with high power in extremely cold area, which is also a form of cold end optimization. A kind of direct air cooling unit and the actual installation steps are introduced in this paper. When running in winter, it can not only reduce the energy saving of the back pressure, but also ensure the safe and stable operation of the air cooling island in winter. By increasing the windshield device, reducing the power consumption of the factory, it can also eliminate the hidden danger caused by the air cooling butterfly valve and it is an optional strategy for cold end optimization of large air cooling units in extremely cold regions. It is of great significance in the northern cold region where a large number of air cooling units are running in China.
