多功能警棍中金属探测功能的设计

摘　　要：本设计以STC89C52单片机为核心，利用接近开关，在有金属靠近时，通过接近式开关传感器输出数字信号给控制单元，控制单元在传输信号给声光报警系统，单片机输出口输出信号驱动发光二极管发光报警，同时端口控制蜂鸣发出声响，进行声音报警。本设计具有检测精准，耗能低，体积小等优点，实现多功能警棍中金属探测功能的优化。This design takes STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the core, uses the proximity switch, when there is metal close, through the proximity switch sensor outputs the digital signal to the control unit, the control unit transmits the signal to the a- cousto-optic alarm system. The output signal of single chip microcomputer drives the light emitting diode （LED） light emit- ting alarm, while the port controls the beep to make sound and sound alarm. This design has the advantages of accurate detec- tion, low energy consumption and small volume, and realizes the optimization of metal detection function in multifunctional truncheons.
