摘 要:非织造擦拭布的应用领域较为独特,使用范围不仅仅涵盖日常生活方面,更重要的是在精密机械加工、医疗器械生产、科研领域等发挥着不可替代的作用。擦拭布正在朝着功能多样化的趋势发展,不仅仅能够满足清洁去污的要求,还应当具备一定的消毒抗菌作用、重复使用特性以及柔软度要求等等。在实际的生产生活当中,擦拭产品是随处可见的。但是各类擦拭产品又是细菌生长繁衍的媒介,因此为了抑制微生物在擦拭产品上的生长,所生产的擦拭布应当具备一定的抗菌性功能。本文主要阐述了无尘抗菌型非织造擦拭产品的微生物菌落相关检测以及抗菌加工等涉及到的相关技术指标,运用反射光测定法、定量分析法模拟整个清洁和杀菌过程,以实验容器在初始状态下的质量和试验完成后的质量差作为吸尘性能的定量评定依据,进一步研制具有特殊的超高洁净度无尘抗菌的擦拭布。Nonwoven wipes featured relatively unique application fields covering not only daily life, but also (and more importantly) precision machining, production of medical equipment, scientific research and other aspects with their irreplaceable functions. Wipes have developed toward diversified functions that enabled them to meet the requirements of cleaning and decontamination and flexibility, achieve sterilizing and antibacterial effects and be used repeatedly. In actual production and life, wipe products could be found everywhere. However, wipes of different kinds were taken as the media for bacterial growth and reproduction. To inhibit the growth of microorganisms on wipe products, the produced wipes shall be of certain antibacterial properties. In this paper, the author mainly described relevant technical specifications involved in related detection of microflora, antimicrobial finishing and other process concerning dust-free antimicrobial nonwoven wipe products. Through the application of reflected-light measurement method and quantitative analysis method, the author simulated the entire cleaning and sterilizing process; with the difference between the weight of the test container in the initial stage and that of the container after the experiment as the basis for the quantitative evaluation of cleaning performance, the author further developed the dust-free antibacterial wipe of super high cleaning performance.
