摘 要:目的探讨先天性外耳畸形婴儿的听力水平及特点。方法选取34例(41耳)先天性外耳畸形婴儿为观察组,另选取20例(40耳)健听婴儿为对照组,分别测试并统计两组婴儿的气导听性脑干反应(air-conductionauditorybrainstem response,AC-ABR)潜伏期和阈值,并对结果进行统计分析。结果观察组中97.56%(40/41)的畸形耳为中、重度听力损失;畸形耳AC-ABR阈值与耳廓畸形分级之间呈正相关(r=0.670,P<0.01);畸形耳AC-ABR阈值(75.37±8.97 dB nHL)较对照耳(17.5±7.07dBnHL)显著升高(P<0.01);畸形耳Ⅴ波潜伏期(7.61±0.63ms)较对照耳(6.20±0.2ms)显著延长(P<0.01)。结论先天性外耳畸形婴儿伴发听力损失以中、重度居多,存在外耳畸形应尽早诊断并干预。Objective To explore the audiological characteristics of infants with congenital external ear malformations.Methods 34 infants(41 malformed ears)with congenital external ear malformations were in the malformation group, and the control group were 20 infants(40 ears)with normal hearing. Air-conduction auditory brainstem responses were tested in both groups .The latency and threshold were statistically analyzed. Results There was 97.56% of the malformed ears were moderate and severe hearing loss.There was a positive correlation between hearing loss level and Marx grading of auricle.The mean AC-ABR threshold of the malformation ears (75.37±8.97 dB nHL) was higher than that of the control ears (17.5±7.07 dB nHL),The mean wave V latency of the malformation ears was 7.61±0.63ms which was greater than that of the control ears (6.20±0.2 ms)(P〈0.01). Conclusion The infants with congenital external ear malformations often have very serious hearing loss. It should be diagnosed and intervened as soon as possible.
