摘  要:针对某航空发动机滑油泵使用中出现的问题,采用ANSYS有限元计算软件,对滑油泵从动齿轮、铜套在室温、100℃、160℃和200℃时过盈所产生的应力进行了建模与应力分析,得到了铜套工作温度不可大于150℃,否则,铜套会进入屈服而产生永久变形,即会形成缩径现象。同时,采用流体动力学模拟分析软件FLUENT,对齿轮泵的内部流场进行了模拟分析,泵转动过程中压力场、速度场等分布规律,在此基础上开展了可靠性提升工作,提出了有效的改进方法和控制措施,可为同类滑油泵故障的解决提供参考。Aiming at the problems in the use of the oil pump of aero-engine, the stress caused by interference of driven gear and copper sleeve of a sliding oil pump at room temperature of 100℃ or 160℃ and 200℃ was modeled and analyzed by using ANSYS finite element calculation software. It is obtained that the working temperature of the copper sleeve should not be greater than 150℃, otherwise, the copper sleeve will enter into yield and produce permanent deformation, that is, the phenomenon of shrinkage will be formed. At the same time, simulation analysis software Fluent was used to simulate the internal flow field and velocity field during the pump was obtained. Based on this, the reliability improvement work was put forward, and the effective improvement method and control measures were put forward, which can provide reference for the solution of similar oil pump failure.
