术中保温联合优化护理在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在接受腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术治疗的患者临床护理中,将优化护理与术中保温相结合的实际效果。方法选择我院在2017年4月~2018年1月期间收治的56例宫颈癌患者为相关对象,所有患者均接受腹腔镜根治术治疗,将其随机均分成为参照组与实验组,参照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者则需接受术中保温与优化护理联合干预,对比两组患者出现不良反应情况以及患者的护理满意度。结果实验组患者出现不良反应的例数少于参照组,且护理满意度远高于参照组对象,数据比较后意义明显(P<0.05)。结论针对临床中接受腹腔镜根治术治疗的宫颈癌患者来讲,让其接受术中保温与优化护理联合干预的效果较好,该方案值得推广。Objective To explore the practical effect of combining optimal nursing with intraoperative warmth in the clinical care of patients undergoing laparoscopic cervical cancer radical resection. Methods We selected 56 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2018 as relevant subjects.All patients underwent laparoscopic radical surgery and were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group.Patients in the group received routine care, and patients in the experimental group received combined interventions for intraoperative warming and optimal care. The adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The number of patients with adverse reactions in the experimental group was less than the reference group, and the degree of satisfaction with nursing was much higher than that of the reference group.The data had significant significance after comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical resection in clinical practice, it is better to allow them to receive combined intervention of intraoperative warming and optimal nursing. This program is worthy of promotion.
