摘 要:针对钻进破碎带地层中遇到的严重井壁稳定问题,对井壁失稳原因进行分析,提出增强油基钻井液的封堵性能(关键是即时封堵性能)和降低高温高压滤失量两种途径解决井壁问题。以油基钻井液在砂盘上的高温高压滤失量为评价指标,优选出粒径小、起效快的超细颗粒封堵材料增强即时封堵性能,改性树脂G331-TEX作为体系的可变形封堵材料在惰性超细颗粒封堵层上形成致密的封堵层,进一步降低钻井液滤液对微裂缝的侵入。研制的强封堵油基钻井液在四川反承包项目页岩气水平井中进行了现场试验应用,取得了良好的效果。试验结果表明,该体系防塌性能良好,井眼规则,流变性好,施工过程中均未出现井塌等复杂情况,满足页岩气水平井安全快速钻井施工的要求。In order to solve the problem of borehole stability in fractured formation, based on analysis on causes of wellbore instability, the measures to enhance the sealing performance of oilbased drilling fluid(the key is immediate sealing performance) and reduce the loss of high temperature and high pressure are put forward. As the evaluation index of the high temperature and high pressure loss of the oil-based drilling fluid on the sand disc, the ultra-fine particle sealing material with small particle size and quick onset was selected to enhance the instant plugging performance.G331-TEX was used as the deformable seal blocking material in the inert ultrafine particle sealing layer to form a dense sealing layer to further reduce the invasion of drilling fluid on the micro fracture. The strong block oil-based drilling fluid had been applied in shale gas horizontal well in Sichuan. The test result shows that the drilling fluid had good anti-collapse performance and good rheological property, which meet the requirements of safety and fast drilling of shale gas horizontal wells.
