四川油气田养老金制度运行现状、问题及对策建议

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国已建立了一套较为完善的适应市场经济体制的养老保险制度,四川省也建立了符合本省实际的养老金计发办法和调整机制,然而在老龄化社会逐年加剧的今天,如何确保养老金制度更加公平、更加注重效率地覆盖广大退休人员,已成为养老保险制度改革的焦点问题。为此,分析了当前养老保险制度运行现状、四川省养老金的计发办法与调整的局限性,力图找到养老金制度中影响企业职工切身利益的症结所在,并结合四川油气田养老金运行现状提出针对性的对策和建议。Since the reform and opening up, China has established a relatively perfect endowment insurance system that adapts to the market economic system and Sichuan Province has established the methods of calculation and payment of annuity and adjustment mechanism according to actual conditions of Sichuan Province.However, in such an aging society like today, how to make the pension system more fair and how to make the pension system cover the retirees more efficiently have become the focus of the reform of endowment insurance system. This paper analyzes the situation of current endowment insurance system and the restrictions of the methods of calculation and payment of annuity and adjustment mechanism of Sichuan Province, trying to find the point of the pension system that affects enterprise employees' vital interests and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on the current status of Sichuan oil and gasfield pension system.
