45钢表面Ni-Y-P合金镀层的表面形貌和性能研究

摘  要:采用化学镀工艺在45钢表面制备Ni—Y—P三元合金镀层,通过SEM、EDS、XRD、Tafel曲线等测试方法研究镀层的形貌、成分、晶相结构和耐蚀性能。采用显微硬度计测量镀层热处理前后的硬度。结果表明:Ni-Y-P镀层表面平整,为混晶结构,其中Ni、P、Y的含量分别为81.93wt%、14.35wt%和3.71wt%。在400℃-1h时效热处理过程中.Ni—Y—P合金镀层中产生Ni纳米晶化和Ni3、Ni3Y、N5Y等相沉淀析出,起到弥散强化作用,显微硬度可高达HV825。在3.5wt%NaCl溶液中,Ni—Y—P合金镀层的自腐蚀电位是-0.56V。Ternary Ni-Y-P alloy coatings were synthesized on 45 steel substrates by electroless deposition. The surface morphologies chemical composition, crystal structures and corrosion properties of Ni-Y-P alloy coatings were investigated by SEM,EDS,XRD and Tafel polarization curves. The hardness of the coatings before and after heat treatment was evaluated with a microhardness meter. The results shown that the surface of the coating is smooth and uniform. The coatings are a mixed crystal structure with the content of 81.93 wt% ,14.35 wt% and 3.71 wt%. It finds that Ni3P,Ni3Y,Ni5Y precipitation and Ni crystallization take place at 400℃-lh heat treatment. Ni3P, Ni3Y and NisY of alloy coatings play a role of dispersion strengthening, and the microhardness can reach HV825. The corrosion potential of Ni-Y-P alloy coatings in 3.5 wt% NaCI solution is -0.56 V.
