摘　　要：摆线转子泵内、外转子因齿型面比较特殊，且要求加工精度高，一直是摆线转子泵加工中的重点和难点。以摆线转子泵外转子为研究对象，介绍了其加工工艺方案，并对其齿型面加工中的磨削工序及专用工装的设计过程进行了具体阐述。通过生产验证，该工艺办法有效地解决了外转子齿型面的加工难题，提高了加工精度。Because the internal and external rotor of cycloidal gear pump is special and requires high precision,it is always the key and difficult point in the process of cycloidal gear pump. Taking the external rotor of cycloidal gear pump as the research object,introducing its processing technology scheme,and giving a detailed description of the grinding process and the design process of special equipment in the tooth profile processing. Through the production verification, the method effectively solves the problem of machining the external rotor tooth profile and improves the machining accuracy.
