摘　　要：模拟凿岩机实际工况，研制一套凿岩机岩石钻进性能试验台，通过测试凿岩机凿孔速度来反映凿岩机凿孔性能。介绍了试验台各部分组成及结构、液压系统及测控系统的设计．重点是激光位移传感器在凿孔速度测试中的应用。Simulate the actual working conditions of rock drill, develop a rock drilling rig rock drilling performance test rig, by testing the rock drill drilling speed to reflect the drilling rock perforation performance. The composition and structure of the test bench, the hydraulic system and the design of the measurement and control system are introduced. The emphasis is on the application of the laser displacement sensor in the test of the punching speed and the improvement of the accuracy of the experimental data.
