摘 要:受高瓦斯突出矿井煤层和瓦斯赋存条件制约,工人在现场施工钻孔时存在很大风险,矿井瓦斯综合治理成本也较高,通过论述自动化钻机特点和技术原理,以及分析钻机在平煤八矿的现场试验情况,结果表明采用自动化钻机施工钻孔,不仅可以满足施工效率,减少施工人数,还大幅提高了作业安全性,符合国家提出的机械化换人、自动化减人精神。Restricting by coal seam and gas occurrence conditions in high gas outburst mine ,workers have great risks when drilling holes in the site construction, and the cost of comprehensive gas control is high. Discussing the characteristics and technical principles of automatic drilling rig,and analyzes the field test process and results of drilling rig in Pingdingshan No.8 coal mine. The results show that: by using the automatic drilling rig,we can not only meet the construction efficiency and reduce the number of construction, but also can greatly improve the safety of operation, and it is in line with the state's mechanized replacement, automation reduction spirit.
