摘  要:针对某矿综采工作面过构造期间,顶板压力大、破碎严重,发生多处局部冒落.先后造成多架液压支架的掩护梁、顶梁断裂;分析了支架受损的可能原因。并提出了采用焊接圆环链联接断裂口和单体液压支柱支撑掩护梁或顶梁的临时应急处置方案,进行了现场实施,保证了液压支架的支护能力,维持了工作面的临时生产;实践证明这种临时应急处置方法是可行的、有效的。The period of fully mechanized mining face of a coal mine crossing over fault structure, the roof pressure is large and broken seriously, and many local caving occurs, which successively causes the shield beams and the top beams of several hydraulic supports to be damaged. The possible reasons for the fracture of the supports are analyzed, and the emergency maintenance measures using the link chain to connect the crack and using single hydraulic prop to support the shield beam or the top beam are proposed. The scheme was put into practice on site, which ensured the support capacity of the support and maintained the temporary production of the working face. Practice has proved that this temporary emergency disposal method is feasible and effective.
