硝酸甘油联合地尔硫治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效及不良反应观察

摘　　要：目的观察硝酸甘油联合地尔硫治疗不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果及不良反应。方法选取2015年1月-2017年12月医院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者74例,随机分为研究组和对照组各37例。研究组给予硝酸甘油联合地尔硫治疗,对照组给予硝酸甘油治疗。比较2组治疗效果、心绞痛发作频率和持续时间、疼痛情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为97. 3%高于对照组的83. 8%,治疗后2组心绞痛发作频率均减少,持续时间均缩短,且研究组变化幅度大于对照组;研究组24 h、48 h疼痛指数均显著低于对照组,不良反应发生率为5. 4%低于对照组的13. 5%,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论硝酸甘油联合地尔硫治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效较好,不良反应少,值得在临床推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of nitroglycerin combined with diltiazem in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 74 patients with unstable angina who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, each of 37 caes. Study group was given with nitroglycerin combined with diltiazem, while control group was given nitroglycerin alone. The treatment effect, the frequency and duration of seizures, pain, adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of study group was 97.3% ,which was significantly higher than 83.8% of control group;After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris was decreased and the duration of two groups was shortened, and the change of study group was greater than that of control group;The pain index of study group at 24 h＇and 48 h was significantly lower than that of control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.4% lower than 13.5% of control group, and the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of nitroglycerin and dihiazem for the treatment of unstable angina has good curative effect,little adverse reaction and high value, and it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
