抗病毒口服液联合热炎宁颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察抗病毒口服液联合热炎宁颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的效果。方法选取2011年5月-2017年5月医院收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿130例,随机分为观察组和对照组各65例。观察组给予抗病毒口服液联合热炎宁颗粒治疗,对照组给予抗病毒口服液治疗,比较2组临床疗效、生化检查指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为96. 92%高于对照组的83. 08%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7. 045,P <0. 05)。观察组患儿白细胞及中性粒细胞计数均高于对照组,淋巴细胞计数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3. 066,P> 0. 05)。结论抗病毒口服液联合热炎宁颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效较好,可有效控制患儿病情,缓解患儿临床症状,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of antiviral oral solution combined with Reyaning Granule on herpangina. Methods 130 children with Herpangina admitted to the hospital from May 2011 to May 2017 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group （65 cases）and control group（ 65 cases）. The observation group was treated with antiviral oral solution combined with Reyanning granules, the control group was treated with antiviral oral solution, and the clinical efficacy, biochemical examination indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（96.92% ）was higher than that of the control group （83.08%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2 = 7. 045 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. The white blood cell counts and central granulocyte counts in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the lymphocyte counts in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （χ^2 = 3. 066,P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Antivirus oral solution combined with Reyanning granules can effectively control the disease,and alleviate the clinical symptoms ,safety and obvious curative effect of children＇s herpangina,it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
