摘　　要：目的探讨重组人促红细胞生成素联合前列地尔注射液治疗肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析成都大学附属医院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的肾衰竭患者86例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组患者采用重组人促红细胞生成素治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用前列地尔注射液治疗,两组患者均持续治疗10～15 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)]。结果研究组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者Scr、BUN水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者Scr、BUN水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人促红细胞生成素联合前列地尔注射液治疗肾衰竭的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患者的临床症状和肾功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human erythropoietin combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of renal failure.Methods A retrospective analysis of 86 cases of renal failure patients were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University,which were divided into control group and study group according to the different intervention methods,43 cases in each group.The control group was given recombinant human erythropoietin,study group was given alprostadil injection based on control group,both groups were treated for 10-15 days.The clinical effect and renal function indexes（Scr,BUN） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in study group was higher than control group（P0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant differences of Scr or BUN between the two groups（P0.05）;after treatment,the Scr and BUN levels in study group were lower than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Recombinant human erythropoietin combined with alprostadil injection have an exact clinical effect in the treatment of renal failure,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and renal function of patients.
